ESTATE HOMES
Stonepine Estate Homes consist of 30 single-family, stand-alone townhomes situated on the north side of the Stonepine Association. These homes are accessible via three private driveways off Grandview Drive, with additional homes located off White Pine Road. Estate Homes have a snow removal and lawn care contract.
In addition, owners are members of the Stonepine Overall Association, which manages common areas including mailboxes, entrances, tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, and the walking path between Grandview Drive and Wisconsin Street. Homeowners are assessed an annual fee by the Stonepine Overall Association to cover these shared amenities.
Our association has a five-member board comprised of a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and association representee. The current filled positions are as follows:
